We, the children, staff and families of Annunciation School, recognize that education is one of the most important ways by which our faith community fulfills its commitment to the dignity of the human person. Together, we seek to provide a sound, quality, Catholic education in a genuine, caring, safe environment where children can grow to their full God-given potential. We are committed to working towards developing a feeling of confidence, self-esteem, and self worth in our students, so as to enable them to create and attempt new things for the good of society.

Principal's Message

November 10, 2009

"Follow the Yellow Brick Road"! That is the title of our school play, scheduled for March 3rd and 4th at the Lester Centre. We are excited to begin rehearsals, costume and set design, plus preparations for some entertaining musical numbers. This is a school-wide production, with students acting, singing and dancing on-stage, as well as some students as stage crew and in the technical booth.

Please check the News section of this website for important information regarding Pandemic Response Planning. If a school closure is necessary, parents will be informed by telephone. "Learning Activities" for each grade are also posted in the Parent Resource section. These activities are for students to work on in the event that the school is closed for several days.

A reminder that the school office is open from 8:00am to 3:30pm, except during the lunch hour. The office is closed from 12pm to 1pm.
